I Want To Edit My Sublet or Roommate Listing
If there is an error in your listing on the RentRodger.com site, fill out a support ticket by clicking here. We will be happy to make the correction(s). Keep in mind it may take up to 24 hours for the corrections to appear on RentRodger.com.
I Want To Edit My Rental Listing (Such As Update Photos/Text)?
Simply contact us by clicking here, with your account name and the property you would like to update, or contact your Account Manager directly. If you have multiple listings on RentRodger.com, and would like a list of links to each of your listings, please contact us and we will be happy to provide this for you.
I Want To Remove My Listing?
If you want to have your listing removed, please fill out a removal ticket by clicking here. Listing removal may take up to 48 hours to update.
My Listing Is Not Appearing On RentRodger?
Because we do not make our users register or confirm by email, or any of that other annoying stuff, we at RentRodger have to screen and post each and every Sublet, Roommate, and Rental listing that comes in. We do this in effort to keep RentRodger.com 100% SPAM free, and to accommodate our users (so they don't have to mess around with passwords, registration, conformation emails, etc...).
This process does take time and is not instantaneous. It typically can take up to 24 hours before a post appears on RentRodger, and in some cases possibly longer. If it has been over 48 hours since you submitted your listing, please contact us by clicking here and we will resolve the issue for you.
Where Do I Find Information On Advertising?
All of our advertising information can be found on our Advertising Page, please click here to be directed. If you would like to speak to an advertising representative, please contact us and a staff member will be in touch with you very shortly.
I Would Like To Add a "Featured Listing" To My Listing?
After you submit any Listing Form you are prompted with the option to add a "Featured Listing". If you did not choose to add a "Featured Listing" at that time but would like to add one now to your Standard RentRodger Listing, please click here to fill out a request ticket and a member of our staff will get you instructions shortly.
My "Featured Listing" Is Not Appearing?
The most common reason for your "Featured Listing" not appearing, is that it simply has not been updated by RentRodger.com's databases yet. Please keep in mind that because we do not make our users register, create passwords, confirm by email, etc... it typically takes up to 24 hours before your "Featured Listing" appears on RentRodger.com. If it has been over 48 hours since you have received your "Congratulations, Your Payment Was Received" message, contact us by clicking here and a representative will respond to your issue shortly.
If you received a "Sorry, But Your Payment Has Not Been Received" message after you submitted your payment information, then your payment did not go through. Please click here to request a new payment link.
