1 room open NOW and/or summer in amazing 2br downtown townhouse apt
looking for a male or female to take a 1 bedroom open in a 2 bedroom 1050 square foot townhouse apartment located on w. johnson and broom. that's near all the day/night time fun and a 3 minute busride to campus (bus stop is half a block away), or if you feel like walkin...g, about 10 minutes. The apartment itself is new with lots of space. Some other great highlights are a dishwasher, 1.5 baths, patio, courtyard, cap center foods 1 block away, statestreet 1/2 block away and of course two great roommates. We have two very friendly cats. Me and my roommate are two seniors who are pretty into our studies and are relatively quiet people but we like to have a good time on the weekends like everyone else. we are both employed as well. The total rent (including utilities and cable) would range between $450-475. we're looking to have someone move in asap or for a summer sublet. If you'd like pictures feel free to ask!!

2 bed, 2.5 baths (which means you get your own private bath plus one downstairs for guests) Underground parking and water included. Fireplace, porch, 3 storage units, in-unit laundry room, enormous kitchen, fitness center. You get the master suite, which includes walk-in closet, two-room bathroom area with tub, and private balcony (nice view of the sunset!). Small, well-maintained building walking distance from the Pick n Save shopping center. Bus stop directly outside the door! Available in March, lease goes through Aug 31. Roommate currently living there is 25 year old working female, very quiet, looking for similar.

UW-Madison business student looking for room/roommates for Fall '09
I am transferring to Madison Fall '09. I have a great place to stay (apt.) but need to get the lease ASAP, before they fill up. I need 3 other girls in order to do this. Rent would total $600/month with other fees (ie. internet and electric) totaling about $40(absolute MAX)/month PER PERSON. 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath apartment right on the UW-Madison campus.
