Roommate needed for furnished 2br/2ba highrise, $700 ALL incl
I'm looking for a roommate at the downtown highrise apartment complex, the Palisades. The place: The apartment is on the 11th floor of a spacious, FURNISHED 2 bedroom 2 bath. It has a massive balcony overlooking the town as well. The 700 rent is ALL INLUSIVE including heat, cable & Internet. However, since it is downtown, parking is $165 for underground, and the one thing we pay for is electricity (around $10-$20/month). The building is very new for downtown and well maintained. About me: I'm 22, laid back, outgoing, and responsible. I work a lot so I'll literally be out of town close to 50% of the time. I work hard, party hard, so I will be gone on the weekdays but may have some people over on weekends. I'm also neat and respectful and hope you are too. I drink socially and am 420 friendly. So if this sounds like the place for you, the lease runs from aug 16th '10 to aug '11. Let me know.

looking for a male, non-smoker roommate for 2010-11 school year
Right now, I am a grad student at the School of Business. Next year, I would like to share a 2 bedroom apt with a male, non-smoker roommate around Old University. (I might consider some other places around campus as well.) I am pretty outgoing, clean, and respectful. Silence is important at my place, which means I dont host parties. As long as the roommate is respectful, everything will be good! A little about me; I like lifting, outdoors, skiing, and travelling. I like doing fun stuff after the work is done!
