This apartment is located in 505university avenue which is about 3min from state street.
The name of apartment is Embassy apt and the room# is 106. It is a single room, but if you have a roommate you can ask office to have one more bed. It has comfortable space of living room and bed room. The room includes the bathroom and shower, of course. Sofa, kitchen bar, and a mini table is included. And other electricity is included. The price is about $550. *price can be negotiable.

I am going to Italy for the summer and am subletting between the dates of May 15th to August 15th. Dates are somewhat flexible. This apartment is big and in a great downtown location. Its close to everything, including Capitol Square, restaurants, stores, and UW campus.

Great Studio For Only $485!
Located across from James Madison Park between Johnson and Gorham Streets, this studio apartment is a great find for a summer sublet! I need to rent the apartment from May 15- August 14. Rent is $485 and includes all utilities. Cats are allowed. Coin-op laundry is next door. This is a shared bathroom with one other person. The location is great with access to bus lines, a convenience store, a great neighborhood bar, State St, and the Capitol Square.
About the apartment... it has wood floors, a large kitchen with lots of cupboards and counters, a garbage disposal, a built in cupboard unit, a closet in the hallway, front porch, fridge/stove... Summer 2008 Sublet, 30 S. Broom St.
Hi - I'm going to be gone for the summer, and I'm trying to see if anyone might be interested in subletting my apartment. It would be available sometime in late May (Probably a few days after exams end) through August 14, when the lease is up. It's not huge, but it's not tiny. There's lots of storage space, both inside the apartment itself & additionally, in the basement, a secure storage unit. I really like the apartment, but I'm going to be working in a different city for the summer. There's hard floors throughout, no carpet. The kitchen has a fridge & a small oven/stove. There are 3 closets: one by the door for coats, another pretty big one in the bathroom for towels/supplies, and one in the sleeping area presumably for all your clothes. I was impressed by the size of the closets, they're actually pretty big. From what I understand, it actually WAS a one bedroom, but he took a wall down to give the tenant more space & convenience.
