Summer 2008 Sublet, 30 S. Broom St.
Hi - I'm going to be gone for the summer, and I'm trying to see if anyone might be interested in subletting my apartment. It would be available sometime in late May (Probably a few days after exams end) through August 14, when the lease is up. It's not huge, but it's not tiny. There's lots of storage space, both inside the apartment itself & additionally, in the basement, a secure storage unit. I really like the apartment, but I'm going to be working in a different city for the summer. There's hard floors throughout, no carpet. The kitchen has a fridge & a small oven/stove. There are 3 closets: one by the door for coats, another pretty big one in the bathroom for towels/supplies, and one in the sleeping area presumably for all your clothes. I was impressed by the size of the closets, they're actually pretty big. From what I understand, it actually WAS a one bedroom, but he took a wall down to give the tenant more space & convenience.

Additional Comments: Large, bright, quiet studio in the Gas Lamp District. Almost the size of a one bedroom. Lots of windows. Clean. Owner managed. I have pictures from before I moved in, if you'd like to see them.

Efficiency (Most Likely 1 Bedroom) To Sublet For Summer
Efficiency (has a door and wall to separate bedroom from living room) for summer. Walking distance to engineering school and also on the major bus line. Rent is less than $500. move in and move out date is flexible. Parking is available with extra.

Sublet Close To Campus
Small private room with a kitchen and bathroom you share. Very cheap and very close to campus, (Frances and Johnson). Internet has been paid for thru May. Lease runs through Mid May.
