$300 / Sublease In Eagle Heights (University Student Apartment) For The Summer (UW-Madison Campus)
One larger furnished bedroom of a two bedroom apartment in Eagle Heights will be available for sublease this summer. The occupancy of the full length of time (May 17th to August 31st) is preferred. Shorter occupancy will also be considered. With a quiet environment, this apartment is situated less than a minute’s walk from the bus stop and has free high speed internet and free laundry. The roommate living in the other bedroom is a nice, neat male PhD student who will be out of the country until late August. Both he and I have no preference for gender. The rent I am asking for is $300. The utility is about $17 to $19 per month. However, the rent and utility are both negotiable.

$300 - Summer Sublet - End Of May - August
Looking to sublet my 1 room of my 4 bedroom apartment for the Summer 2008 (After finals - Aug). The lease of my apartment goes until August 15 but I just accepted a job across the country that I start in June - so I'm hoping to find a responsible and trustworthy person to take over for me. The apartment is very nice. It is a 4 bedroom apartment that is one half of a house. The room is huge (13 x 13), and kept very clean and has a HUGE bay window in the room which is awesome. There is a large balcony overlooking the neighborhood. It is a quiet neighborhood and right next to St. James park which has a volleyball and basketball court.
I have 3 other roommates (all guys) who I split heat, water, and cable internet and tv with each month. If you sublet the room, it would be assumed that you would take over my share of those bills as well (About 50-60 a month).
There are no pets or smoking allowed. Let me know of any questions you have and/or if you'd like to arrange to view it. The rent is negotiable, just contact me.

Summer Sublet!
A spacious one bedroom available for $380/negotiable. Free parking available as there is a driveway. Washer and dryer in basement. House is located across from a park in the Vilas neighborhood. Very near campus. My two roommates are looking for subletters as well, so if you have friends this would be a great house!

For just $410/month (or best offer), you can have your own room (it's big!), free parking, a washer/dryer on site, and live in a great location! Our house is located near campus in the Vilas neighborhood with a park right across the street.
