Looking for a nice place on campus to live this summer? Sublet my apartment :) One bedroom and one bathroom are available as part of a 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment with an awesome, fun female roommate! Available for one person or for multiples to share. It will come almost fully furnished -- there may not be a bed -- but dresser, desk, closet, and bookshelf in the bedroom as well as a furnished living room and great stocked kitchen (with a dishwasher!). If you would prefer it unfurnished, furniture can be taken to storage to make room for your things.
The building (Old University Place) is gorgeous, it's only a few years old, and everything is in great condition and looks very nice. The apartment building is on Old University Ave. and Walnut, there are bus stops right out front for the 80 and other buses. It's very close to the hospital, the vet science building, and the Nat, and a very quick walk or bus ride to Engineering or the rest of campus.

Looking For Someone To Sublet My Bedroom For Summer-Great Price!!
I'm looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 5 bedroom apartment on Spring Street from June 1st until August 14th. It's near the Spring Street/Randall Avenue intersection. The apartment also includes 2 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen with appliances, and coin-op laundry in the basement. I'm asking for $295 (+ utilities) for the sublet -very reasonable! Rent will be collected June 1st, July 1st, and August 1st (which will be 1/2 of the rent since the lease ends on the 14th). Sublet can move in anytime during the last week of May.

HUGE 1 BR - 400$$ (negotiable) - On Campus (Bowen Court)
Looking to sublet my 1 room of my 4 bedroom apartment for the Summer 2008 (End of May/1st of June - Aug). The lease of my apartment goes until August 15 but I just accepted a job across the country that I start in June - so I'm hoping to find a responsible and trustworthy person to take over for me.
The apartment is very nice. It is a 4 bedroom apartment that is one half of a house. The room is huge (13 x 13), and kept very clean and has a HUGE bay window in the room which is awesome. There is a large balcony overlooking the neighborhood. It is a quiet neighborhood and right next to St. James park which has a volleyball and basketball court.
I have 3 other roommates (all guys) who I split heat, water, and cable internet and TV with each month. If you sublet the room, it would be assumed that you would take over my share of those bills as well (About 60-70 a month).
There are no pets or smoking allowed. Let me know of any questions you have and/or if you'd like to arrange to view it. The rent is negotiable, just contact me.
***Also, there could be the possibility that all 4 bedrooms open up for the summer as well so if you are looking for more than just 1 room, let me know and I can get you the additional information!! THANKS

Marvelously located! (Intersection of N. Midvale and University Ave.) Right next to the bus-stop! And across the road from Hilldale Mall; 2 (exactly 2!) minutes from Borders, (a 24 hour) Starbucks, Walgreen's, and (a 24 hour) Sentry and Copps.
