Summer Sublet by capital, State Street, and James madison Park!
We have 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment starting May 1st or May 15th until August 15th. We are 2 blocks from James Madison Park, 2 blocks from the capital, three blocks from State Street, and 1/2 block from a convenience store! The guys living here are really great-all 21, very chill, surprisingly clean, non-smokers, not huge partiers (but do drink), and fun to hang out with. All utilities are included except for Internet/cable which is $25 a month. Parking in the lot is available for $65/mo, otherwise there's street parking. Dogs are allowed in the building, and although the guys would rather not have a pet, it's negotiable, especially if your dog is cute! You would have your own room and share a bathroom. We are basically just looking for someone who wants to be in a great location this summer, who is laid back and fun, and gets along with everyone!

Spacious One Bedroom In Quiet Building- East Towne area
We are buying a house and need to find someone responsible to sublet our apartment until our lease ends! We are looking for someone from August 1 - November 30. I would think the landlords would offer a lease option if you are interested in staying longer! We live in a one bedroom corner apartment on Lien Road. Its near Target, East Towne Mall and close to a bus line. There is one underground parking spot, one parking lot spot and 2 visitor passes included. Our building is very quiet and well maintained by our landlord. The bedroom is approximately 12'x11' and has a walk in closet! We have a nice sized living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and LOTS of windows! Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Other amenities include a deck, in unit full size washer & dryer, and a fireplace. Our current rent is $789/month- includes water/sewer. We are willing to negotiate the price of the rent! Its a ~15 minute walk from campus and is a 2 minute walk from the Zoo and Vilas Park. Large two bedroom apartment next to Lake Mendota. Tile in kitchen and bathroom, large closets. Wonderfully designed apartment within walking distance to campus, entertainment and Lake Mendota! This is a charming historical building with tons of character. The apartment features a gallery style kitchen with full breakfast island/bar, full sized bathroom, ample closet space and two spacious bedrooms. On site laundry and parking available. Heat is included in the price of rent! Cats and small dogs are o.k too. I can be flexible with rent. I have already lowered it from 600 to 525, but am willing to go a little lower as I need to sublet ASAP. You would be rarely sharing the apartment with a very quiet female student who is only home every other weekend and spends most of that working. You would mainly have the apartment to yourself. We’re looking for another roommate for the Spring 08-09 semester and the summer. We have a bedroom available in a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom flat. A private room is available for $500-525. The prices are negotiable. The Flat is located on N. Brooks and Dayton St.
Utilities are included in the rent except for air conditioning and laundry is coin operated and located in the basement of the house. The bedrooms are large and the shared room leads out to the balcony. There is also another balcony through the kitchen. Lease starts January 1, 2009. Living room, dining room and kitchen are furnished. BR is not. Wireless internet and cable available for $30/month. Parking is on-street and metered.

I am graduating in December and am looking for someone to sublet my room in a 5 bedroom/2 bathroom house for the spring semester and summer '09. I live with 4 awesome girls ( Seniors) who are a TON of fun! Rent is $435 utilities not included, and parking is FREE. Street parking on College Court is for 2 days, so that definitely helps too. Spacious Single Sublet for Spring '09!
This one bedroom apartment is perfect! It comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and chair. In the living room there is a couch, chair, coffee table, TV stand, and lamp. The kitchen has tons of cabinet space and the bathroom is just right. Rent may seem high but it includes heat and water so the only bills you pay are cable and electric (not to mention the awesome location). This apartment is in the best location possible. It is right on the edge of campus so it is not a far walk to class if you are a student. It is so close to State Street so downtown is right around the corner! I will be studying abroad for the spring of '09 and need to find someone to live in this fabulous apartment during that time (Jan/Feb - May). I am very neat so everything is in the best condition and have never once seen a bug or had any problems requiring maintenance. The front desk staff are very friendly, as are the neighbors.
