I am moving this summer, and I need to rent out my bedroom in a two bedroom, one bath apartment across the street from Camp Randall. You will have the room completely to yourself and share the apartment with only one female, non-smoking, easygoing, quiet roommate. You can move in on May 14th at the earliest, and stay until right before Labor Day weekend!

FREE INTERNET & PARKING!
We are subleasing our spacious and big one bedroom apt. for 650/month, the apt. includes everything (incl. wireless internet), as long as your comp/laptop has wireless it's ready to go) only thing you have to pay for besides rent is the electric bill. the place is big enough for 2 people.
WE ARE ALSO INCLUDING OUR PARKING SPOT, WHICH IS 85$/month HEATED UNDERGROUND. (which means we will pay parking for you, if you need it=FREE PARKING) the best thing is it's available MAY. and i already paid my half for May rent, so your May rent is $362.50. Renting June to August is also fine.
our address is 2121 university ave. it's right on the bus line, the bus stops to and from campus right in front and at the corner. not to mention the 80 stops a block away.
we originally pay 725/month + 85/month for parking, so this is a GREAT DEAL!!!

The apartment is 920 sq ft. $350 for 1 bdr in a large 2 bdr plus utilities. There are 1.5 baths, a nice kitchen, large eating and living room area, has a patio, the laundry facility is 10 feet away from the front door, quiet neighbors, has air conditioning, apartment building is in front of the 2, 28, 5, and 9 bus lines to Madison downtown, UW campus, and UW hospital. There are no cats or dogs allowed.
Other roommate is a quiet, but fun-loving female graduate student.
There is free outside parking, but underground parking is available for a price.

Sublet Needed For One Room In A Three Bedroom Apartment!

One Large Room For Rent.
I am looking for somebody to rent a spare bedroom in my apartment, even for just the summer. $900 for the whole summer, everything included. If you are looking for something other than the summer, rent would be $280/mo with everything included (except food). You would not have to sign the lease, you would have a key for the apartment, there is a storage spot in the basement that is not in use, so if you have stuff to store, it's yours. There is free parking in the lot (first come first serve), but there are always spots. Also, here is the selling point, THERE IS A POOL!!! The pool is gated, and key accessed, which you will get a key for also. The bedroom for rent is fairly large, if you need a bed I can keep the full sized bed that is currently in there, the closet is a double sided closet with folding doors. The room is blue, but if you don't like it, we are able to paint it. There is a full kitchen with all appliances, fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, there is a pantry that would be shared. All furniture there currently belongs to myself, but feel free to bring along a love seat or chair. I have a couch and a popazon chair. You would get your own 1/2 bath, sink, full mirror and toilet. It is a shared shower. We have a porch that overlooks the pool and the yard in back. All outside doors are locked and use key entrance, which is a plus. Its a family building so it remains fairly quiet. The drive anywhere is about 10 mins. We are right off the beltline, so it is really simple to get where you need to go. The apartment is on Bridge Rd, located right between the Monona exit and the South Towne Exit.

I have a one bedroom apartment on Spring street to sublease from anytime between May 18th through August 14th 2008. Both starting date and rent is negotiable. The apartment is completely furnished with two sets of beds, desks, dressers, closets. The living room area contains a dining room table with chairs. A couch is also available if wanted. Laundry available in the building. All utilities included except electricity. The apartment is located on the Camp Randall end of Spring St, behind Union South. It is about five-minute walking distance to Van Hise, and ten-minute to Humanities building. Cats are OK.
