Tobacco Lofts- it is a nice huge 2 bedroom loft with terrace near campus and monona lake. The neighorhood is gentle and quiet, but it is also close to the campus and the capital center. The rent includes $95 of parking, but if you don't want a parking, you don't have to pay it.

Due to a transfer, I'm subletting a two bedroom, one bath, with a kitchen and living room for spring semester (January - May). I will be willing to pay one month free! The renter pays for one bedroom for this apartment. The lease ends on 5/17/08. My roommate is also transferring at semester so both bedrooms are available if you would like to move in with someone. Heat, water, electricity, cable, internet, AC, and garbage disposal are all included! The apartment comes furnished, but furniture can be placed in storage. The furniture is brand new with two suede armchairs, a suede couch, and a brand new coffee table and TV stand. The bedrooms come with a desk, dresser, and bed.
These apartments also offer a workout room located on the first floor (cardio equipment and some free weights) that is available to all renters - and is open 24 hours a day. The location is just minutes away from most engineering buildings, Wendt Library, and right behind Camp Randall!
