2 bedroom spacious 1200 sq ft flat that includes gorgeous hardwood floors Available now/June 1!!!! we may consider July 1 Two large bedrooms. 1200 sq feet. Kitchen includes dishwasher and garbage disposal. Coin laundry and huge storage area in the basement. There is entry to the apartment from the front yard and also a private entry in the back through the kitchen. There's french folding doors that separate the living room from the dining area. This place is so awesome, but we have to move to the west side unexpectedly, so we need out as quick as can be. It has a very large four season porch with french doors that lead from the porch directly into the living room area. It is great for entertaining, and even in the winter you can hang out there with a little space heater! I' ve spent quite a few days on our porch swing with a blanket reading a book or playing the guitar. You can entertain big groups of people with the way this place is setup. There's a great little shaded area in front of the house where you can have little grillouts and a fire pit in the fall/spring. Quiet block on West Wilson, but its only a couple blocks from the square and the lake and the action of some cool restaurants/bars downtown. There is tons of sunlight in this apartment. Hurry, its going to go fast, im sure. You'll fall in love with it immediately after you see it. Off street parking but we rent a couple parking spots two houses down that im sure you could rent if you wanted to pay for them. Tenants pay electric/gas. Email me quick to get in and take a look.
