You can rent one or two bedrooms, in our 1,036 square foot, two bedroom, and two-bathroom apartment. I am looking to sublet a 2 bedroom apartment or just my bedroom in the 2 bedroom for next year August 15 2008 - August 14 2009. The apartment is located in downtown madison on Marion Street. The apartment is located in the University Square apartment building, minutes from campus and State Street. The full price of the apartment is $899 with heat and water included. Electricity is the responsiblity of the tennant. If you wanted to just sublet my room the rent is $450 plus heat and water, you would pay electricity. Parking is also available (need to talk to Goldleaf Development about parking). The apartment is unfurnished.There is also a chance the other room may end up vacant so you may get a 2 bedroom apartment for the price of one.

We are on the parks and love dogs
You love dogs, we love great tenants, and through the years, we have found that the two most times are a match. Therefore, we have great two-bedroom apartments right on a huge park that has the best dog park in Madison. The park also has tennis courts, recreation center, baseball fields, and trails to walk and sit along the lake and picnic – great for this summer. Well not all dogs are allowed, we do allow big ones just we have issues with some breeds. The apartments are only two stories, some have dishwashers, and others have wooden floors. Most have great views of the park. We have some units available right now!
