Summer Madison Sublet - 431 W. Gorham Street
This is a great apartment right in the downtown area of Madison, Wisconsin! It's convenient and close to state street and various stores like shopping, liquor, and even the bus line is right out your door. The rent listed is between two people and I am not sure if my roommate is studying abroad or not so I'll update anyone who is interested!

La Ciel 2 Bedroom-Great Downtown Location
A 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor of the La Ciel apartment building. All roommates are leaving for the summer. Great for 2-4 people, (rent is nice and cheap with 4) and subleters can move in right after finals. Open kitchen and living room, a huge bathroom, a walk in storage closet, water/sewer paid, free basic cable, laundry on each floor, air conditioned, but gas/electric are paid for by renter. Apartment is fully furnished with couches, chairs, beds etc. Rent for the place is 1200 a month so it's a steal if you and your roommates don't mind sharing a room. Location is nice a block from the kohl center and state street.

2 Rooms Available ASAP Near James Madison Park
I'm looking to sublet 2 rooms in a 3-bedroom apt. The house is a couple blocks from the Capitol in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to James Madison Park. Rent is $410/person/month, utilities and parking included. Coin-operated laundry is in the basement. One girl will be living here until the lease is up Aug. 14th. She has a small dog and a hamster. The other roommate is currently living with his girlfriend, so he needs a subletter for his room ASAP. I am moving to NYC in April. My room is available to sublet by March 24th at the earliest.
