2 Bedroom On Old University Summer Sublet- GREAT DEAL
Very comfortable 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 1 bath only a few blocks from Engineering, Henry Mall, and the Med School. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with a gas stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher, beautiful living room, two comfortable bedrooms with hardwood floors throughout, and coin laundry in the basement. Cats and cage pets are allowed, but no dogs. Have the entire apartment to yourselves for $700/month (negotiable). Sublet runs from Sunday, May 18th (just after finals) through August 14th, but at this time the apartment has not yet been rented for next year, so stay on and skip the hassle of moving if you like.
