Hello! My roommates and I are going abroad in the Spring of 2009, and are looking for a sublet for our apartment! It is a very nice 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment located in 420 W Gorham, right off of state street. It is a very convenient location! Also I have a parking spot if you wanted it, it is underground- available for 165 mo-- but it is negotiable. If you are interested in 1, 2, 3, or all 4 rooms, please let me know! Right On Campus, Huge Room, Big Bed, Free Wireless, Leather Couches, Fun Roommates
Hi, I live in a 4-bedroom in the Collegiate in downtown Madison. It's right next to Memorial Union. It is fully furnished, with DVR, cable, leather couches, nice roommates, big kitchen, huge rooms, big bed, two bathrooms (share with one woman - shower in both bathrooms), shelves, a desk, headboard, mattress, and indoor bike storage. Really a nice, clean place. Sublet from whenever to August. $450 per month + utilities (but wireless internet is free). Let me know if you are interested.

Spring 2009 Sublet At The Collegiate!! (Best Location On Campus!!)
This is a four bedroom apartment and all four apartments are available for sublease! Either rent one room by yourself or bring friends and rent the whole apartment! The apartment is right next to the KK and right behind Walgreens on State Street. It is literally ONE block from campus. The apartment is the nicest one in the building and includes a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake! Very willing to negotiate the price. Madison WI UW Campus Sublet
A house of graduation seniors in transition. Fun, friendly guys, many of which will be leaving to pursue post-graduate opportunities. Free laundry! Two bathrooms (3 people/bathroom), parking available, built in loft, which is ideal for a double bed. The loft is not the way you'd picture one in the dorms, rather is a large space cut out of the wall -- you can sit up in bed without clunking your head and it is low enough that you do not have to climb any ladders to get out of bed. Large closet. Across the street from a large park (great for summer months).
